How does personalization work?

During checkout, you’ll be asked to upload a photo of your child. We use this photo to create your child’s personalized explorer character, which appears on their keepsake magnet and future adventures.

When will my first envelope ship?

Envelope Explorers ships around the first of each month. Orders placed before the 20th will receive the following month’s adventure. Orders placed after the 20th will receive the next available month’s adventure.

How much does the subscription cost?

Envelope Explorers is a simple $10 per month subscription with flat pricing and no additional fees. Shipping is on us, too!

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

What ages is this best for?

Envelope Explorers is designed for children from preschool aged to elementary aged, with content created to be engaging, educational, and easy to understand. Slightly younger and/or older explorers are welcome to join in as well though.

Is this good for siblings?

Yes! Each child will need their own subscription though so they can receive a personalized explorer character and monthly adventure.

What’s included in each envelope?

Each monthly adventure includes a personalized letter, a keepsake explorer magnet, a themed map, pictures or postcards, fun facts, and a small surprise like a sticker or temporary tattoo.

What if a teacher, classroom, or group wants to order?

Teachers, classrooms, and group leaders are welcome to subscribe! Simply complete the checkout information using the name and details you’d like the envelope to be addressed to.

For classroom subscriptions, we recommend the teacher upload their own photo so the explorer character represents the classroom leader. The monthly letter can then be addressed like:

“Dear Explorers of Mrs. Smith’s Class”

This allows the adventure to feel personal while working well for a group setting.

Yes! All activities and materials are completely screen-free and designed to encourage hands-on learning and imagination.

Yes! Envelope Explorers makes a thoughtful and unique gift for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions. Instead of a one-time present, children receive a personalized adventure in the mail each month — making it a gift that keeps the excitement going.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Envelope Explorers ships within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
