Shipping Policy
When Do Orders Ship?
Envelope Explorers is a monthly subscription that ships around the first of each month.
Orders placed before the 20th of the month will receive the following month’s adventure.
Orders placed after the 20th will be included in the next available month’s shipment.
This schedule allows us time to personalize, prepare, and carefully assemble each adventure.
How Often Will I Receive Mail?
Subscribers receive one Envelope Explorers adventure per month. Each envelope features a new location and theme.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via standard USPS mail within the United States.
At this time, we ship U.S. only.
Personalization & Processing Time
Because each Envelope Explorers adventure is personalized, processing times may vary slightly. All personalization is completed prior to the monthly shipment window.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Envelope Explorers is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays & Holidays
While we aim to ship around the first of each month, delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or postal service delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
